Will You Take My Insurance?

Smiles on the Boulevard is a proud provider for a variety of insurances, including Delta Dental, Cigna, Guardian, Metlife, United Concordia, Aetna, and many more. Our team will be happy to review your insurance information before your first visit to help you understand your benefits and coverage. We will even file your insurance claims for you, so you can focus on your health.

At this time, we are unfortunately unable to accept Caresource or Medicaid. However, we have a variety of other financing options available if you need help covering the cost of your visit.

What Other Financing Options Do You Offer?

At Smiles on the Boulevard, we are happy to accept cash, check, debit, and most major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.

We also offer Carecredit® financing if you need additional assistance. We would be happy to explain your financing options and help you open a Carecredit® account if needed. Generally, patients can be approved for and begin using their Carecredit® financing right away!

Do You Have a Dental Membership Plan?

Yes! We have yearly in-office membership plans for adults (14+) and children (1-13). You can pay for your membership with a one-time payment or three monthly installments. Ask us today how you can save more than $200 with Smiles on the Boulevard’s dental membership plan!
